Cons: The over promising and under delivering of current management. Over packing classrooms for money. Large admin team with little to no support for teachers. except to blame us for the short coming of programs they don't help implement.

No Medical Benefits.
Preschool Teacher, (but not Special Education) in Jacksonville:
Pros: The children and parents are so very kind and wonderful.
Cons: The pay is about average for the area but they lie and say they offer “ insurance” and it’s just Aflac that won’t cover your medical expenses. You have to end up at an ER or health clinic or the “affordable health care act, but then cause you earn more money the amount your voucher ends up being is so low you don’t feel like your making hardly any money. It cuts that hourly almost in half.
