Pros: Excitement children show when the accomplish something new.
Cons: Owners expectation for teachers/asst teachers to cut paper towels in half in order to cut costs.

Pros: My coworkers and the children I watch over truly become a part of you. They make you laugh, smile, and sometimes cry when you see them hurt.
Cons: Stress level is high but often manageable.

First year as an Assistant.
Preschool Teacher Assistant:
Pros: I love spending time with the children. I enjoy creating a plan base on their interest and just watching their face expression as we discover new things.Also the flexibility with my children when they get sick and I have to be out.
Cons: The changes in staff and room. The changes in hours. Every year in the start there is always a staff and room change. Even if the team from last year worked great, they separate them. The pay; we work so hear and pay is nothing.the stress level this year at start of year was of the chart.
