Pros: I enjoy solving problems, and there is no end to the problems at my facility. Also the dress is casual, and the whole plant feels like we are a team
Cons: Many things are outdated and were built up incorrectly. This has led to many issues, and as we dig for solution, we find more problems. Also, my customer is other Arconic sites, but we do not feel like a team most of the time, despite being the same company
