Head management is incompetent, but overall work experience varies (some very good, some very bad) by department culture and expectations.

Pros: Flexibility of being able to work from home, flex time, and benefits package.
Cons: Salary is low (HR needs to just be honest that this is a non-profit and you need to adjust your expectations), leadership lacks long-term vision and ownership over shortcomings in communication and incompetence.
