Product Development Director Reviews
What is it like working as a Product Development Director?
September 2021
Product Development is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative creative products.
Product Development Director in Omaha:
Pros: Each day in the role is different
Cons: The downside being I am unaware if I am successful
August 2020
Small Town Charm.
Product Development Director in Price:
Pros: I like that I live 5 minutes from work and I can work remotely as my job allows. There is a lot of outdoor recreation nearby for my personal life, giving me some great work-life balance.
Cons: There are very few stores, no suppliers or vendors for raw materials nearby, making sourcing materials for product development and manufacturing a challenge. There are also very few restaurants, so feeding clients or employees during work meetings can get boring with the same food every time.
March 2020
Mountain Town is the Best Town!
Product Development Director in Ketchum:
Pros: Mountains, people, atmosphere, commute to work, healthy living
Cons: Less opportunities and pay
December 2019
Pretty, rolling foothills and small country charm.
Product Development Director in Sonora:
Pros: Low cost of living makes your dollar go farther
Cons: Small town, conservative, businesses close before you get out of work so you have to get things done during work hours on lunch break.
November 2019
Exciting, Educational, Challenging.
Product Development Director in Hickory:
Pros: Developing the product
Cons: Lack of transparency
July 2019
Lots of Freedom.
Product Development Director in Post Falls:
Pros: I basically only really check in a few times a year, which allows me to get a lot done. Makes my schedule really flexible also.
Cons: The pay doesn't feel competitive.
December 2018
A quiet active lifestyle.
Product Development Director in Newbury Park:
Pros: If you are into the outdoors, Newbury Park is a great place to work. There are plenty of activities to do at lunch like hiking bicycle riding, mountain biking and walking. Also, I live 15 minutes from the office.
Cons: After a while you can hit just about every place to eat and eventually it begins to feel like Groundhog Day.
