Pros: Minimal Supervision, work can be challenging, highly involved with many aspects of company operations.
Cons: Classified as an "Exempt Salaried Employee," often work 50+ hours per week with no overtime pay, lack of employee recognition by top level management, feeling underpaid and overworked, poor end of year bonus, highly stressful, long commute.

Pros: I love the product we develop and build. It feels great being part of a team bringing new technology to the world we live in.
Cons: The least thing I like about my job is the long hours put in to make every project deadline on time. Missing out on good time with the family.

Pros: Travelling abroad (China, Philippines, Japan, Italy, Czech Republic, Ireland, ...).
Working in production/manufacturing environments and making the deadlines.
Solving issues/problems.
Motivate and work together with technical people.
Cons: Sometimes the travelling.
The peaks: no production = no (not much) work = boring.

Pros: I love my job, it's fast paced, gotta use logic and puzzle you way into the right solution.
Cons: You have to keep up on others aeound and something g that should be cut and dry needs alot of double checking.
