Give yourself a break and remain calm. Remember to delegate, and that still means you're responsible for all delegations. Build Leaders not Followers. Knowledge is power so learn and listen daily, and have your crew do the same. Technology changes quickly and you need to stay on top of this. Professional Development is everywhere and doesn't always have to be an extra cost. Communication skills are very necessary. Positive attitude leads to a positive attitude and team.
