Pros: Ability to assist and help other's that may have barriers in their life. Job placement, working with various employers, and other agencies, such as the courts, YWCA , City programs.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It is very challenging.
Cons: Traveling all the time.

Pros: For me, sharing with people personal experiences is the best way to guide the way I want to live. My position provides me with the opportunity to meet people and travel.
Cons: I do not like when the people I consult with do not take personal responsibility and it cuts into my personal time.

Pros: Working with people and helping them find an insurance plan that best fits their needs and budget.
Cons: We are on a yearly contract that must pass federal approval.

Pros: Superflexible, great coworkers, environment, and culture. Learning new things and working with a demographic I love.
Cons: Contracts within a very inflexible, bureaucratic, monolithic system. Works with sort of depressing cases sometimes.
