Balance is essential.
Project Coordinator, Information Technology (IT) in Buffalo:
The industry is gratifying, yet demanding. I recommend striving for a work-life balance. It's easy to get overworked. Try to build strong relationships with your co-workers. On challenging days, you will need to ask them for help, time, etc. Having close relationships with your teammates will help you get through the long hours with less stress. Don't be afraid to speak up when processes are unclear or not working for you. Part of being on a team means you get to mold the process too.
