Pros: Being able to help society by managing living quarters for those in need. I love people for I am a people person. It's like being a councilor, mentor, advisor, advocate all in one beside the management of the properties and centers in my communty on 38 acres of land.
Cons: Leadership that fail to understand federal housing regulations and in the last recent years a toxic work environment.
