Regional Sales General Manager:
Pros: Being in the position to be able to grow the company an see results. Working and developing employees and customers. Getting rewarded for the growth.
Cons: Not getting rewarded for growth. For the new COO to come in and instantly implement consultants without getting a good feel for the company (it does not reflect a confidence to leadership abilities).

Pros: Regional diversity, travelling the region.
Cons: Too stressfull and many hours of travel on budget airlines.
