Reliability Engineer:
Great people to work with, a company that actually values their employees more than any other company I've worked with. Rating / ranking system is fair and strictly based on your performance with goals set by your direct manager. The only negative was that the pay was sub par so I ended up leaving this great company and even better coworkers.
