It’s a great place, normally.

Pros: Most people in East Hampton are friendly and supportive. The views are amazing and the seasons are truly felt here.
Cons: The entitled attitude of the “few” . There is always a sense of entitlement with certain people and it’s amazing how some people are convinced that service people are “beneath” them.

Pros: The company is awesome.
Cons: Those of us in middle management are undervalued. Poorly paid senior/ veteran staff. It has not compensated for cost of living.

Cons: I do not like the pressure of all the responsibility of the restuarant being on you when you are on shift. So if anything happens in or around the store, it is your problem.
