SQL Developer Reviews
What is it like working as a SQL Developer?
August 2022
Very challenging and inspiring.
SQL Developer in Fourways:
Pros: We have frequent knowledge sharing sessions. My department is very flexible as long as deadlines are met.
Cons: No clear mantoring channels.
Based on a project, some skills are not explored enough.
March 2022
Remote, at home in Sussex.
SQL Developer in Sussex:
Pros: Less pollution than the big city. A bit more space between property, usually.
Cons: Municipal government is highly unprofessional and doesn't communicate well.
February 2022
Beautiful, laid back.
SQL Developer in Santa Barbara:
Pros: After work, you can go hike in the mountains or surf in the ocean, all year long
Cons: Nothing.
July 2021
SQL Developer in Allentown:
Can't treat Plant and Office workers the same all the time! The company needs to evolve and adjust the compensation scales based on the current market. 401K match is lacking as the company relies on one time Profit Sharing contributions instead. No flexibility with benefit start time. A person that worked as a contractor for 6 months before getting hired as a full time employee still has to wait 60 days for benefits. The 6 month contractor period only benefits EPM.
February 2021
Extremely busy and Fast Paced.
SQL Developer in Cape Town:
Pros: The people, the pace and the good environment.
Cons: The fact that we don't get paid properly.
September 2020
Some words here.
SQL Developer in Benton:
Pros: Opportunity to learn and practice new skills and meet challenges.
Cons: Its often disorganized in that there is no clear direction or established body of knowledge to work from.
August 2020
Challenging at times but enjoyable.
SQL Developer in Winston-Salem:
Pros: The content of work and my development team members.
Cons: Salary Compensation
