Like a chill version of LA.

Pros: The weather is mild and traffic isn't awful. It's a hub similar to LA with lots to do, but calmer. It doesn't take an hour to leave town.
Cons: Cost of living is expensive here, gas especially has been bad. We also could use better public transportation.

I usually work short shifts, but too little amount of them.

Pros: Probably the short shifts. And usually they are easy shifts. Not too strenuous. Sometimes a little stressful & demanding when they expect other things to be done & they can't because I'm the only cashier & can't break away from cashier's to get them done. And everything is always hurry hurry hurry! And there's not enough time or "hours" to properly get things done.
Cons: That it seems that everything is always hurry hurry hurry. That things never seem to get done properly & the store always seems to be a mess because not enough people really care or take pride in what they do.

The CEO and the management were the source of employee's unhappiness.

Pros: I used to love working for this company, the culture was incredible, and we really felt like a unit. But now, that culture has completely went away and it's no longer the company it once was.
Cons: The CEO and the management were the sources of nearly all my unhappiness and anger throughout the day during my time there, and it usually spilled over into my personal time, keeping me up at night with the usual "I should have done this, I should have done that!" self-flagellation. Avoid this company or you will have all sorts of problems, not the least of which are self-hatred and depression.
