School Counselor:
Pros: Job satisfaction when the counselling results positive, and the children.
Are happy .
Cons: No proper counselling set-up, and major time spent on visiting classes for skill development and stress levels are more.

School Counselor:
Pros: I am respected, trusted, and looked up to by reachers, administrators, parents, and students. I empower people with the skills to improve their lives.
Cons: Teachers expect immediate improvement in students, students are often oppositional, and administrators tend to assign duties which are wildly inappropriate, but the main issue is that I do not have enough time to spend with each student.

Pros: Interacting with fresh minds and directing them to bring a better change. Helping students almost with every doubt/problem.
Cons: Being in residential school, I am always approachable and my profession never allows to say no.
