The pay is about 20% lower than average. The pace of progress is what you'd expect from a 100 year old company.

Cons: Feel stuck, work has grown stale, feedback from management is intermittent, communication is poor; a lot of times its easy to feel like you’re on an island or that you don't belong either to either to the client or to CGI. Culture is poor sometimes (changes from project to project)
