Great company to work for... As a developer. Not so much as a quality engineer. Benefits are spectacular; insurance costs 1/3 less than anywhere else in town. Pay is at least 20% higher than similar positions at other major companies. When we went through a "hybrid transformation", teaching developers how to test and quality engineers how to develop, all of the quality engineers were fired.

Being the only QA against 5 High-End Developers I am always over pressed with tasks.
There is never enough time to cover all what's needed and this makes me fill very bad. All QA responsibilities are on me and I work a lot of extra time in order to accomplish at least the most critical tasks.
