Self Motivated/Strong Detail Oriented Individual Critical.
Sleep Lab Manager:
Sleep Medicine had evolved and has become highly regulated over the past 25 years. The profession has progressed with many more reporting entities, increased requirements on technical staff CME/CEU credits and in most cases RPSGT are mandatory to perform Polysomnograms in IDTF settings. Reimbursement from payors continues to decline and expenses continue to rise. Finding highly trained RPSGT's that remain passionate about sleep medicine and the patient's we serve. If you can achieve that, then your on your way to a very successful program. Self-motivated continuing education will likely be your best effort in our ever changing field and always leave the channels of communication open with your acquisition staff. They are your / and the labs ambassadors.
