Overall pretty good. My biggest issue was that over my 3 years there I never received a raise due to "lack of budget." My boss acknowledged that I deserved it, but wasn't able to give me a raise. The top management that was in place for most of those three years did not have a good vision for the future. They have since been replaced and they have management that appears to have a good vision ahead.

Pros: Unfortunately where I work now doesn't allow any sort of enjoyment. The clients are very closed minded and uneducated.
Cons: The company and clients r very constricting, there is no room to grow at all and the only time you're learning is when you are given no money to move a mountain. There is no flexibility, only judgement.
