Administration is messy but the kids are great.

Cons: Administration has a lack of communication, organization, and consistency. They show very little appreciation towards staff and don't provide enough support. Staff is also paid poorly.

The role requires you to conduct in class support clases and pull out classes, it is a full timetable and you are kept very busy. Inclusion is what the school believes in, but it still a continuous fight to get all the teachers on the same page.
