Staff Accountant:
Pros: The ability to learn new things on a daily basis and receive training from the highly intelligent CPAs within the firm.
Cons: The stress level to meet deadlines can be a bit overwhelming and can leave little free time for a personal life.

Provide A Very Valuable Service To Disabled People.
Staff Accountant:
Pros: Love doing accounting and feel that my position is very helpful to disabled people in my community.
Cons: My first level manager who is a CPA and is a very smart person in her field doesn't posses any personable management skills and is very hard to work for. Gives conflicting instructions constantly, asks to have you do something one way this time and totally opposite the next time.
