Cons: Parents need to indulge in their childs education by attending parent teacher meetings and taking those calls home serious in disciplining your child/children.

Cons: Housing prices have gone up exponentially because so many people moving here, not enough housing. Crappy tiny 2 bedroom was $450/month, now $900 still crappy old windows, $200+ electric heat bill.

A Good Work Environment in the Walton County School District.
Substitute Teacher, K-12 in DeFuniak Springs:
Pros: I love being able to choose which days I sign up for and building relationships with the different school administrations. The teachers I work with are hardworking and care about their students education. There is a lot of new and integrated technology in the classrooms. If I need resources or the students need resources, the administration is good about making sure we have what we need.
Cons: I like least the hourly pay rate.
