Pros: It's a healthy company overall. There is a drive to change company culture to provide better care of their employees, they are worried about inclusion and diversity, and also mental health during the pandemic.
Cons: Promotion processes are not very transparent, the company fails sometimes to apply methodologies and However, the mentorship is not very good as experience seniors always leave and Managers lack time to mentor and offer a better quality service. There is a huge " sell the service first and figure it out later" type of culture which can sometimes backfire.
