Supply Chain Planner Reviews
What is it like working as a Supply Chain Planner?
August 2019
Supply Chain Planner in Montréal:
Chaotic and not well structured.. Really need to have some Germans from Siemens over here to put things in order. Too many middle bosses all worried only about their stats so as to get their bonus regardless that the company is losing money. Apparent team work but mostly not ...after new financial year when the company has to prepare for going to sell half of it...things have to change and be more logical, open minded and streamlined.
People are friendly and location and working premises are great.

Less-to-be-desired pay but good culture.
Supply Chain Planner in Naperville:
Pros: My department has a great culture, but some of the executives have poor business sense.
Cons: I wish the pay were higher and more people valued the opinions of people with proven track records.

Poor Work Life Balance.
Supply Chain Planner in Midland:
Pros: There is a lot of opportunity for growth if you know the right people and management does not block you from moving into new roles.
Cons: Appreciation for hard work is virtually nonexistent, but taking on more and more work is just expected.

Great place to work. Facilities are excellent. The huge problem is training for new starters is poor at best. It's sink or swim which is not good. Managememt are good but maybe a bit more worries about kpis than training.
