Support Engineer, Information Technology (IT) Reviews

What is it like working as a Support Engineer, Information Technology (IT)?

October 2015
Unpleasant Workplace to say the least.
Support Engineer, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: Flexibility is decent. Start of the day and do my work then leave for home.
Cons: Unequal payment, paying less than all my colleagues and doing the exact same work in the same position. Company hires new employees with double the monthly income for a job category below mine. Sometimes even taking care other's responsibility when clients request it, stuck in the same position for 5 years. Being bullied by management. Discriminated against behind closed doors. Victimized for standing up for my rights.
