Pros: Great relationship with coworkers very fun atmosphere when the restaurant is not bustling.
Cons: It is stressful, the head chef can be an ass, and I feel like I have to work way harder than I am paid for.

It is an interesting experience. Wasn’t aware how many people love Sushi. I am beginning to recognize many repeated customers. I feel management could have better policy and procedures for overall safety in the Deli.
