Systems Engineer (Computer Networking / IT) in North Bay:
Pros: Driving to work is painless; about 7-10 minute commute. The staff are like a big family; very welcoming and supportive. The city itself is beautiful overall with many forested areas that are within reach for hiking and general outdoor fun.
Cons: There are not many IT jobs available. I had help for 13 years but funding was cut and I have been taking on the load of two people for the past two+ years.
