Deloitte is a great place to work. But my team is not good.

Pros: Values, professionalism, ethics, cultre.
Cons: Politics and micromanagement in a few teams like mine, where the team members don't get appreciated and recognised well. Instead, the management keeps reiterating the mistakes and keep giving constructive feedback even if good work is done.

It is exciting and challenging. Takes a lot of your personal time but I love tax so all the work hours and stress are worth it.
