Cons: Administrative micromanagement, microaggression and emotional manipulation, complete lack of respect for personal boundaries, health and safety of employees and students.

Pros: Some colleagues.
Cons: Most leaders have very low emotional intelligence. They push you to take on additional responsibilities with no change in pay. Leaders provide very little help prioritizing workload; it basically all needs to be done. If you go to leaders to ask for help prioritizing workload, they will micromanage you.
