Transaction Manager, Real Estate Reviews

What is it like working as a Transaction Manager, Real Estate?

July 2019
Challenging Career.
Transaction Manager, Real Estate in Murfreesboro:
Pros: I enjoy the challenge to locate information needed to provide either a seller or a buyer with so they are well informed.
Cons: The lack of positive communication, the ridicule, the fault finding, not given the benefit of fair and open dialogue to resolve issues, either with a specific transaction or conversing about job duties and pay. Tired of being told how much I cost and my opinion doesn't matter, because I am not the one making the money.

Portland's a Great Place to Live & Work.
Transaction Manager, Real Estate in Portland:
Pros: I love being in a big city, but it's not too large or overwhelming. The people are very friendly & it's a beautiful city to live & work in. Being an hour away from the ocean, mountains, rivers, lakes, is a huge bonus. The culture of the city is pretty cool.
Cons: Commute/traffic, cost of living has gone up considerably in recent years due to Portland being a popular destination in the US.
