Pros: The program I work for is an essential need of our older population. Seeing the success stories make it all worth the effort.
Cons: The HR department and Compensation Committee are not adequately equipped to complete a fair market valuation of compensation. They rely too much on Market valuations, not enough on Productivity, real world experience, or overall performance.
