Warehouse Lead Reviews
What is it like working as a Warehouse Lead?
April 2023
Pretty bad in Farmington Hills, Mi.
Warehouse Lead in Warren:
Pros: Nothing at all really
Cons: Every aspect to the job, especially the people. More importantly the owners of the Shehaan group of stores. They dont know how to run a business, constantly over stuffing warehouses and working warehouse like slaves and to the bone for no benefit or return, not even positive feedback is given by management or upper management. Somehow has ZERO budget to take care of employees, fix their buildings, fix dock plates, get forklifts fixed. God forbit an employee actually has something smart to suggest, it just gets sweeped under the rug.
March 2023
It sometimes comes with a lot of pressure and high expectations with very minimal manpower. It’s a hard job that many can’t handle or do because it’s physically demanding.
Warehouse Lead in Spokane:
Pros: I like the people I work with and the open communication with all management.
Cons: They have changed quite a bit since I’ve started and it’s improved in many ways so I can’t say I don’t like my job.
