Pros: My team has always been very supportive, positive, and willing to help each other out when coverage is needed.
Cons: Our Web Producer team is very small (3 people including me), so there is not a lot of room for career growth. The pay is also pretty low based on what I've seen in the market.

Cons: Management is more focused on growth and the bottom line and creating a healthy atmosphere for employees. Burnout is a major problem. There's a serious problem with employees working unreasonable hours and understaffing.
