Very easy but with a lot of accountabilities and responsibilities.

Pros: All work is practically easy to follow and abide with
Cons: Not much mentally challenging when making decisions. Also at times (occasionally), your clients (ie. inmates) will test you personally in going over the line
I didn't get eny incentives like my Cor wokers.
