Challenging.
Process Analyst in Johannesburg:
Pros: Being creative
Cons: Lack of direction
Business Development Officer:
Great business Mgt team, lots of independence, not much micro-management. Pay is low to average for area, but other perks make up for some of that. But this won’t be the highest paying job for sure, used to be more customer oriented but culture is changing to be more driven by number mgt.
Friendly, Easy working environment, Owner manager culture.
Business Analyst, Finance/Banking:
Pros: Great hours, not a lot of pressure, lots of help and guidance, friendly staff.
Cons: The pay.
Working Environment.
Project Manager, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: The work environment is perfect. I'm left alone to deliver the projects assigned to me.
Cons: The disappointing part of my job currently is that as a contractor I have to apply for my role I'm already working, this is due to Contractors forced to move over to Permanent which might have an impact of net salary.
