Pros: The responsibility , I like how Drs rely on me for 90 percent of their paperwork, reports, new or records, release of records, hot docs on line requests. ( it would be better if I was compensated properly though)
Cons: Head office, management. I hate how management ask me how to do things and yet she shoots me down every time I ask for a contract review but she is fast to dump more and more work on me
