BMO - Bank of Montreal Reviews
What is it like working at BMO - Bank of Montreal?
Under paid.
Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Richmond Hill:
Pros: Poeple
Cons: Like the work but doesn't get paid enough to match what you go through in an hour, very stressful, technology very poor, slow .
Smallest and worst bank in canada.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Toronto:
Pros: They provide hand sanitizer
Cons: They treat their people worst than the customers.
Stressful.
Bank Teller in Toronto:
Pros: Being able to educate people on how to be smarter at banking.
Cons: Extra duties loaded onto me without any increase in pay. Not given enough time to perform those duties. Expected to multitask more than 2 things at a time, typing e-mails, serving customers, looking for files, training new hires, diffusing irate customers and provide excellent customer service at the same time.
