Blue Ocean Contact Centers Reviews

What is it like working at Blue Ocean Contact Centers?

Nice people but stressful. Most customers are cranky or irate.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Truro:
Pros: Rotation schedule. They don't go by seniority, everything is first come first serve. Benefits
Cons: The high stress and no real incentives
It is alright, but not great.
Call Center Agent in Halifax:
Pros: I like that between calls I get to do my own thing, but we are restricted from going on being on our phones or going on social media when there is no work to be done
Cons: hard to get time off as a french agent since we're lacking enough of them
