Pros: The people I work with. I have met a lot of great people over the past 20 years.
Cons: There is a negative culture and very low employee morale. The reporting structure for legal assistants is terrible. One supervisor who oversees almost 90 people and she doesn’t even know what each individual assistant does, and she doesn’t even check with the lawyers they support to see what they think.
