Cons: Your work schedule
Retail Store Manager in Grand Rapids:
Overworked with minimal payroll to run a business. As a store manager you are basically just an overpaid stocker and cashier. If you like to bust your neck with empty thank yous from corporate this might be the place for you.
Profits over people.
Assistant Operations Manager in Lithonia:
Pros: I like the people I work with

The other employees are great and customers friendly. Manager is nice too but was not properly trained.

Cons: Pay and communication fro corporate
Rewarding in some ways, Abysmal in others.
Assistant Operations Manager in Detroit:
Pros: Stocking, Paperwork, Applying the many skills I have developed and learned over the years, coworker comradely
Cons: The low pay and high expectations, trying to make sales whilst working on a near skeleton crew all the time (the company keeps store employment very small but sends freight like we have twice as many employees), having to do so many non-management tasks to compensate for skeletal staffing, small bonuses tri-monthly that are only earned if sales are nearly impossibly high, stores need more and better paid workers which would allow freight to move to the floor realistically and would encourage associates and management to perform better
Overworked, having to stock coolers put back returns blow up balloons clean restroom scrape floors empty trash. While you run the register.
Cashier in Greensboro:
