Dollar Tree Stores Inc Reviews
What is it like working at Dollar Tree Stores Inc?
It's hard work, recieving trucks piece by piece, flowing merchandise to the floor for stocking, keeping count for warehouse, ordering for customers, lots goin on.
Merchandise Manager in Strathmore:
Pros: Cleaning and keeping warehouse intact. Flowing new product to sales floor, seeing new product off the truck
Cons: The number of pieces on my truck and all the stuff that just wint hit the sales floor due to over stock. Sots in the back room
They definitely make you feel needed, but dont like to give you the hours you need to live unless you are a manager, and then they work you to death.
Laborer, Freight, Stock, Material Mover, Hand in Moore:
Pros: The family I have built with my fellow employees
Cons: That I have to work harder than I feel I need to for less than bare minimum
Pretty easy.
Sales Associate in Mobile:
Pros: Flexible schedule, it's not hard work
Cons: Corporate management doesn't allow enough hours for enough people to get everything done, that needs to be done.
Lots of stress.
Retail Store Manager in Manahawkin:
Pros: Not much it’s just a job
Cons: Lack of support and limitations on payroll
Good.
Assistant Manager in Oakdale:
Pros: Merchandising, customer service,
Cons: Rude manager
Retail Store Manager in Conroe:
Store Managers are underpaid and are only tracked at 45 hrs a week but we have to work 50 hrs week and during christmas we have to work 60 hrs a week free labor for we doo not get overtime and never get to take our lunches.
Lots to do in little time.
Retail Store Manager in Camrose:
Pros: Customers are wonderful and the staff at my store are terrific
Cons: Hard work with no hours. Zero appreciation for hard work.
