Cashier in Toronto:
The experience working in Dollarama is worst they don’t treat their employees well. Where as in most of the store the employment is done on the caste an community basis which terrible. All the more they don’t give hours to employee even a minimum of 15 a week. Which is really sick for the employee who can only work at one place at the time of employment.
Not worth it.
Keyholder:
Pros: The people I work with are great, my schedule is fairly flexible, and the work is easy.
Cons: There's immense pressure to work more hours, the customers are extremely rude, the company itself treats employees very poorly.
