Stressful and no growth control.

Pros: Rewarding to build relationships with clients and I learn something everyday.
Cons: Low hourly pay. Bonus eligible but no support from home office on increases. Not enough sick/vacation time. No HR oversights. I don't feel I work for EJ I just work for my FA. BOAs are treated like the kids, and we have teachers. Literally elementary like.
