Morningstar, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Morningstar, Inc.?

Great culture and place to learn.
Chief Communications Officer in Chicago:
Pros: Mission-oriented, approachable leadership
Cons: Cumbersome org structure and decision rights
IT Support.
Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT) in Chicago:
Pros: Morningstar spends money on technology. Have enough support staff to make sure all systems are running at all times. If there is an "IT" problem, it gets fixed, and not a work-around found.
Wish I found this company sooner.
Support Analyst, Information Technology (IT) in Chicago:
Pros: They spend money on technology, which in turn leads to productivity, which leads to profit, which leads to better employee morale.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
Good place to work.
Desktop Support Analyst in Chicago:

Cons: The commute into the city, but that's not Morninigstars fault.
Good place to work.
Senior Support Services Technician in Chicago:
Pros: Morningstar invests in technology and is consistently moving forward with IT projects, investing in IT hardware and software, and looking to improve productivity through technology.
