Not In List Reviews
What is it like working at Not In List?
Lots to do, Independently learn (teach yourself), unpredictable pay, spotty communication.
Team Lead, Operations in Medford:
Pros: Building connections, working with other artists (who are mostly awesome), learning - even if I'm teaching myself.
Cons: Pay may be delayed, or may not happen; it's a startup. Hours are long, no bonus incentives, no guaranteed health insurance, extremely low pay and inexperience in important areas. Culture values sound good, but actions don't meet the values described - no HR. High expectations for people who are barely scraping by.
I'm a freelancer, so this wasn't really useful.
Web Designer in Cape Town:
Pros: My freedom, and ability to make 100% of all the decisions and all of the profits from my job.
Cons: Not having the security of things like pensions or healthcare.
