No consistency in the company. Every branch is run differently. The structure seems to be very much like a car dealership. Sales are king. If you aren't a salesperson, you are nothing. There is no respect for the support and service staff. Pay is below average. They start you low and promise pay raises and bonuses that never come. You have to threaten to quit to get a raise, so turnover is very high. Most people only last a few years. Everyone started leaving after the new computer system SAP was started. It is a joke! You spend more time doing paperwork than repairs.
