What is it like working at Ross Group, Inc?

Horrible that company just nice to you when they need something.
Assistant Store Manager in Fresno:
Pros: Nothing I like because the people above me they don’t care about their employees below them like me
Cons: When I cut payroll and no one works already coz no payroll to pay for the workers
I can't wait to have my turn as a Store Manager.
Assistant Store Manager in Olympia:
Pros: Love interviewing people and telling them my success story with Ross.
Cons: That I Am only allowed to work 45hrs a week.
It is like making a good friend and passing time with him . Documentation, outing for a coffe and so on.
Residential Support Worker in Melbourne:
Pros: Fix roaster
Cons: Less shift
Customer Service Manager:
Always understaffed, even more so on weekends. It makes for bad customer service which adds to the stress load of this job. Its very seldom members of management get to take any type of break, even though it's corporate policy. Employee discount is 20% off.
Sales associate.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Experience with money, customer service and responsibility.
Cons: Sometimes stressful and not enough pay for amount of work we do.
Low stress.
Sales Associate:
Pros: Busy, not boring, lots of different jobs to do during each shift.
Cons: Low pay, minimal or slow advancement.
Fair Management.
Front End Supervisor:
Pros: I enjoy working with the team members we have at Ross, the discount is useful, and the customer's are okay.
Cons: Managers will return anything, as though the store is a garage sale or thrift store. Many of the part time employees are 18 years old and do not want to work. It becomes a headache.
