Making Positive Change.

Pros: This is the first Employer that promotes employee wellness at the executive level that I've experienced. I'm not fighting to defend employee rights, and high level leadership seems to be on the employees side.
Cons: The company was family owned until about 2 years ago. since then there have been many positive changes, but we are still working toward comparable salary's to our competition.
