Human Resources (HR) Coordinator:
Pros: It's a great start into gaining insight as an HR in a corporate environment. You're exposed to how each function of HR interacts and affect one another as the department works very collaboratively. As you gain more experience you certainly gain more accountability that can affect the entire company.
Great company culture as well, flexible hours, and experienced staff that can act as great mentors for someone just coming into the business.
Cons: There is a lot of administration and the role's focus is more so on recruitment. It's unfortunate there is no budget to keep a bigger team, so stress can increase during some periods of high volume.

Cons: Slow advancement is probably the only negative thing.
